Terms of Service

By accessing or using Deeger Search (search.deeger.io), operated by Deeger Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered accounts, and API consumers.

Deeger Search provides a SERP (Search Engine Results Page) API that retrieves search results from multiple engines including Google, Startpage, and Yahoo. Results are delivered in structured JSON format via an asynchronous job model.

We also offer a Google Maps scraping endpoint for business data extraction. All requests are routed through residential proxies with real browser fingerprints.

We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

You must register for an account to use the API. You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential. Do not share your keys publicly or embed them in client-side code.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately and rotate your keys.

You must provide accurate information during registration. One account per person or organization unless explicitly approved by us.

You may use the API only for lawful purposes. The following are prohibited:

• Deliberately circumventing rate limits (e.g., by rotating accounts or keys)
• Any activity that violates applicable laws
• Automated abuse, DDoS, or attempts to harm the service

Rate limits and usage quotas are enforced per plan. Exceeding your quota will result in requests being rejected until the period resets or you upgrade.

Paid plans are billed monthly. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.

If a payment fails, your account will be downgraded to the free tier. You can re-upgrade at any time once payment is resolved.

Prices may change with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, result accuracy, or completeness of data returned by third-party search engines.

We are not responsible for how you use search results or any decisions made based on them. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of search data complies with applicable laws and third-party terms.

You may cancel your account at any time from the billing dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. In cases of serious violation, no refund will be issued.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deeger Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including lost data, lost revenue, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We may update these terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will attempt to notify registered users by email.

Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland.
